The World’s Largest Amateur Golf Tournament

Over nearly two decades, the World Amateur Golfers Championship has grown to become the world’s largest amateur golf tournament, with national-level competitions and players from over 47 countries participating in the world championship round.

The World Amateur Golfers Championship (WAGC) inspires amateur golfers from around the world to challenge themselves in competition against players of similar skill levels.

Competition is categorized by handicap, divided into flights as follows:
A 0-5.4, B 5.5-10.4, C 10.5-15.4, D 15.5-20.4, E 20.5-25.4

The world championship round features a complete 72-hole competition (same as professional PGA tournaments) with handicap adjustments in each round

Designed to provide excitement and honor to all amateur golfers in representing their country in world-level competition against players of similar skill levels. This competition follows USGA and R&A amateur rules.
